We are based in China. The costumes are made and shipped from the factory in China directly. We also have the warehouse in California which enables the delivery within United States more quickly.

5: Are the costumes in stock ?^top

Most of the costumes are in stock. But some are not ready-to-ship.They have to be made at first and then can be shipped out.

 

6: How long to make a item if it is not ready-to-ship ?^top

Most of costumes can be ready in 5-7 days. But some costumes require 10-20 processing days.

Cosplay wigs can be ready in 3-5 days.

Cosplay shoes, weapons can be ready in 10 days.

7: If the quality of the costume is poor, can I return the costume back for a refund ?^top

You might as well take a look at our return policy at our site.return policy

8: If the costume does not fit, what can you do ?^top

If the regular size does not fit, we can exchange it. The costume of custom-made size can not be returned for a refund except that the costume is made wrongly by us.

9: What is the material for this costume ?^top

Most of cosplay costumes are made of high quality uniform cloth.

10: I have some pictures of a commision. Can you make it for me ? How much does it cost ? Is the shipping free ?^top

Please show us some pictures of the commision at first. Then we can check whether the commision can be processed or not.We only charge the cost of the finished costume. The shipping is not free which depends on the item weight and the shipping way.

11: I saw a costume at other site.Can you process the costume for me ? Which is the price ?^top

Please email us some pictures.Then we can check the price and the processing of the costume.

12: Why do I not find the costume at your site ?^top

The costumes at our site are various.It is possible that some costumes can not be found owing to the incorrect key words.If you still can not find the costumes you are interested, please contact us for information. Alternatively you show us some pictures of the costume and we check it for you.

13: How do I know if my purchase has been confirmed ?^top

We will send the confirmation email to you after you place an order. You can also track the status of the order at our site via logging in your account.

14: What payment methods do your accept ?^top

We accept payment by Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Wire.

15: If I do not need the costume, can I cancel the order ?^top

The Product Department will begin to make the suit or wig for you in 24 hours after receiving your order. Thus, make sure to cancel your order within 24 hours. Please contact us by emails , live support online and phone, if you need to cancel the order.

If the merchandise has been processed, you will not be able to cancel it. If you are determined to cancel the order when we are processing the costume, we can not refund the full payment of the order to you.

16: All the shipping is free ?^top

The shipping to most places in the world is not free. If you need the costume urgently, you have to choose express shipping way so that you can receive the costume in time.

 

17: How long does your shipping usually take?^top

If the item is ready-to-ship, you can receive it in 7-10 days for express shipping way. While economy shipping way takes 15-20 days.


If the item is not ready-to-ship, it has to be made at first and then can be shipped out.The shipping will be available after the items are finished.
 

18: What is the difference for two shipping ways ?^top
 

The express shipping way guarantees a faster delivery.  If you need the item urgently, please choose express shipping way and write the delivery time required in the comment chart.


The economy shipping way may take a little longer.

19: Will I be required to pay import duty by my country's Custom House ?^top

Based on our past experience, cases are that most countries do not charge import duty on low volume personal imports.

But the shipping via courier requires the import taxes which are not avoidable.

20: How do I track the order ?^top

We will email the shipping number to you after the order is shipped out. Please check the emails from us. You can also track the order via logging in your account at our site.

21: I received the costume. I am not satisfied with it. I want to return the costume for a refund.^top

Please show us some pictures of the costume you received and tell us which part does not meet your need. Thus we can check it for you. Thanks.

22: I received the costume from you. But the costume is small so that it is not wearable. Can I exchange it ?^top

If the costume is new, not worn which can be sold again, we can exchange the costume. If we ship the correct size to you which does not fit, we can also exchange the costume. But you need to afford the shipping charges during the reshipping.
