This hoodie is so perfect i absolutely love it. The paws are so so soft and warm, and the hoodie itself is so nice. there were a few uncut and stray threads, along with a small issue with the charge but that was an easy fix, and the customer service was nice. Definitely will be recommending to others, and buying some for my friends!

No reviews on this wonderful hoodie so Ill write the first. At first I was scared to order due to my size usually not being to accessible (I wear American size Woman's XXL while also being busty) but I decided to just bite the bullet and order since I've been wanting one of these for so long. I grabbed the XL and it fits extremely well with a good amount of room to spare no tightness and the material is stretchy and warm. Best purchase I've made I will be definitely buying more to match.

We accept returning for replacement or refund within 5 days after you receive the costumes, dresses or wigs. The cost on the merchandise will be totally refunded on condition that the item is still new and in good condition. But the shipping cost is not refundable.

Please return the costumes back with a shipping number.

If you return part of the costumes, the payment can not be refunded.
Worn, used, stained, animal hair attached or altered items can not be returned.
Undergarments, socks and stocking can not be returned.
Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume shoes, etccan not be returned.
Prosthetics, fangs, fake teeth, cosmetics, beards, facial hair and any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips, hair extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, hats with attached hair can not be returned.
