How to Measure

To be really considerate, custom-made services will enable your order specifically made for you. You will get your costumes for perfect fit and even with some personal design as long as you tell us your exact measurements. To make sure that everything will perfectly meet your needs, here comes a measure guide for you. Follow it and you will be rewarded!

To ensure accuracy, we really recommend you to ask a friend to take the measurements for you. Also you can do it by yourself, looking in a mirror and using the tape.

Chest-Stand up straight and relax your arms by your side, use the tape to wrap around your chest at the armpits, over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades. Keep the tape snug and horizontal.

Waist-Wrap the tape around the natural waist, the smallest part of your waist, which is about an inch above the belly button, at the point where your trousers would normally ride. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.

Hip-Stand with your feet together, measure around the widest part of your hips across the hip bone. This area is approximately 7 to 9 inches below your waist, depending on your height.

Arm Length- Measure in a straight line from the inside of your armpit (just touching your body) to the point where your thumb and index finger form a "V".

Height-Stand up straight and keep feet together, measure from the floor to the top of the head.

Weight-For mascot costumes, honest weight measurement is also needed.

Leg-For your ordered costumes may include stockings, it is also necessary to get the following seven measurements.

1) Measurement around the Widest Part of Thigh

2) Measurement around the Knee

3) Measurement around the Calf

4) Measurement around the Ankle

5) The foot length

6) The length of the stockings (from the thigh to the heel).

7) Length of pants: Measure from the waist to the ankle.

Inseam-The distance from the bottom crotch to the lower ankle.

1.Shirt: It’s made from classy uniform cloth. Refined handwork and luxurious texture on the cloth make it feel incredibly comfortable. In this case, it can be washed by hand directly in cold water and then lined dry, without going out of shape.

It has a triangular collar on the front and a square one on the back. The badge symbol made from yellow rubber, without any stink, is pasted on the triangular collar. A button is sewn on it too, enabling you to buckle the collar and guaranteeing 100% faithful to the original anime style.

The square collar on the back is about 40CM wide, with a yellow ribbon edge and seeming much exquisite.

2.Sleeves: They are 22CM long and 16CM wide on the cuff. Color combination among white, black and yellow makes this shirt seem rather delicate!

Symbol on the front chest: It’s a yellow line, made from brilliant rubber and sewn (rather than pasting) on the shirt.

3.Shorts: Six buckles and one button are sewn around the waistline, enabling you to wear the shorts comfortably. It’s 45CM long.

4.Zipper: It’s about 15CM long. It’s hidden under the cloth, not affecting the whole black cool sense on the shorts.

6.Yellow Lines on Shorts: Two pairs of thin yellow lines are sewn on both sides of the shorts’ legs. At the hem, two wide lines are sewn, with 4 buckles sewn on each of them. These yellow lines are 5CM wide.

7.Datable Sleeves: On both ends, yellow lines are sewn upon. There is an elastic band on the top and the cuff is 22CM wide. A piece of green leather and a piece of black leather are sewn on each sleeve. Beside them, 10 studs are placed.

8.Leg Protectors: Like sleeves, they have elastic band on the top ends and bottom ends are 29CM wide. Worlds like “Electric Voice System” are pasted above those three leather pieces. Each small part is meticulously made to be 100% same with the original style!

The Cosplay Shoes are customized, even if you choose regular size or custom-made size. It usually takes about 5-7 business days to process a pair of shoes and 5-7 days around for the shoes to get to your place after they are finished.

We accept returning for replacement or refund within 3 days after you receive the costumes,dressesor wigs. The cost on the merchandise will be totally refunded. But the shipping cost is not refundable.
Here are some cases in which you can return the merchandise for a replacement or refund:

1: There is something wrong with the quality on the suit
2: The size is wrong (For Custom made order, make sure you provide the correct size or we will not accept refund if we make the same size as the one you provided.)
3: If you plan to return the merchandise, you should make sure it has never been used, worn, altered and there aren' t missing items. The original package, garment tag and tracking number are must-have items for you to receive the refund. Thus, be careful while checking all details on the merchandise please. Please return the costumes back with a shipping number.

Following are conditions on which return is not accepted:

1: If you return part of the costumes, the payment can not be refunded.
2: Worn, used or altered items can not be returned.
3: undergarments, socks and stocking can not be returned.
4: Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume shoes, etccan not be returned.
