After telling me they shipped it on the 22nd, still no sign of it. Was told both this and my GFs dress (kairi) were shipped at the same time. kairi's arrives but no sign of Sora. Wrote to Customer service again to be told it had been shipped at a different time and they would send me on the tracking number. Still no number 4 days later and no costume or tracking number. Order on the web site now says complete getting worried that now i wont see my costume or money back.

Store Owner Wrote:Hello Eoin,We have email you many times,but you did not reply us....Your sora costume is shipped via dhl, and the tracking number is 6169119762.I have checked the parcel,it has been got to Ireland,and the clearance processing complete as well.I think you will get the parcel within 1day,please submit reviews when you get our costume.Thank you.
Eoin O'Brien Oct 22 2012 Ordered this 1 Month ago still no sign of it. Contacted customer service they told me it had not been shipped yet and that they had no est shipping date. When ordering you can specif that you need it by a certain which i did( 22nd of Oct). This seems to be completely pointless as nobody contacted me saying it wouldn't be ready. I was told that I can have a refund which was very good and rare for a company to offer but due to time constraints ordering it any where else was a waste of time. So i am left with no costume after spending money on a Keyblade and shoes from another site. Giving it 2 stars as the refund was a nice thought but I am still left out of pocket due to the other parts of the costume.
