We were told that the belts need to be a little longer in length and the velcro could be attached a little better on the arm band. The costume is excellent. Shipping was very fast. I did not use customer service but your email speaks good for your customer service. As for suggestions, I look forward to finding that the armband and belts could be longer. And to consider adding some tron legacy costumes would be great. Also I am looking for a good quality jango or boba fett and darth vader costume as well as captain reynolds cloak from firefly.

This costume was totally cool. It's a FF costume that I actually use as one of my normal fashion clothes. It's unique in style. I would get another costume in the near future.
