Do you do custom sizing?
Sorry, we don't take custom orders.
Why do I not find the costume at your site ?
The costumes at our site are various.It is possible that some costumes can not be found owing to the incorrect key words.If you still can not find the costumes you are interested in, please contact us for information. Alternatively you show us some pictures of the costume and we check it for you.
What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept payment by Credit/Debit and PayPal.
Orders
Can I cancel or change my order?
If the order has not been shipped, it may be cancelled or changed. Please contact us asap by emails, live support online and phone, if you need to cancel or change the order.
I only received part of the order. Is that normal?
The items in the order may be shipped separately. Please check the tracking information emails from us. If you didn't receive the emails, please contact our customer service: support@miccostumes.com.
Shipping & Delivery
All the shipping is free ?
The shipping to most places in the world is not free. If you need the costume urgently, you have to choose express shipping so that you can receive the costume in time.
How long does it take to make an item if it is not ready-to-ship ?
If the item is ready-to-ship, you can receive it in 7-10 days for express shipping. While economy shipping takes 15-20 days or more.
If the item is not ready-to-ship, it has to be made at first and then can be shipped out.The shipping will be available after the items are finished.
How long to make a item if it is not ready-to-ship ?
Please select the delivery country and size on the product page. You can refer to the processing time given on the page.
How do I track the order ?
We will email the shipping number to you after the order is shipped out. Please check the emails from us. You can also track the order via logging in your account at our site.
The tracking number shows that the package was delivered, but it has not arrived at all.

Select the out-of-stock size on the product page and click "Notify Me When Available" below to fill in your email address. You will receive an email notification when the item is back in stock.

Reward Points
Who can get reward points and what's the benefit of these points?
People, who register and order at our site, will be offered with reward points. They can be discounted directly or applied to pay for your next orders. Customers with reward points can join in exclusive promotion or other activities.
How can I get reward points?
Yeh, we provide each customer reward points. There is no limitation for your order sum. Once your order is shipped out, we will update the reward point system and give you corresponding points.
Customers, who are willing to review the products you buy, can earn extra 25 reward points. Where and when can I check my reward points?
Once you register and place an order at our site, there will be a username and password. Just log in and click the button of “My Reward Points”, where you can see how many points you have received so far. The above picture shows the screenshot after logging in. But just pay attention to this: reward points will be given when your order is shipped out.
How can I apply my reward points?
Your reward points can be used for the future orders. After checking the amount, fill in the number of points you want to use here, which should be less than or equal to your total point number. The rest can be used later.
Can my points be accumulated? Will you clear them at a specific time?
Yes, your points can be accumulated. We WON’T clear them anytime. Just don’t worry ;). They can be used anytime.
Is there any criterion for how many points customers will get for an order?
Each $1.00 will earn 5 reward points. Each 1000 reward points can be exchanged as $10.00.
Are reward points offered based on the gross amount of an order or just the price of the product?
We will offer you reward points according to the price of the product. Shipping cost will NOT be included.
Payment
We accept two ways of payment, including credit card(Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit card) and Paypal. You need to make a full payment including shipping & handling fees. All payments must be prepaid and we do not accept C.O.D payment.
The Payment by Credit Card.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover credit card. In order to protect our customers from credit card fraud, the billing address on your order form must match the billing address to which your monthly credit card statement is mailed.
If your order is paid with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card, charges will appear on your monthly credit card statement as Miccostumes.Please contact us if you have any further issues or questions for the payment, we will reply you as soon as possible.
The Payment by Paypal.
If you wish to make payment via Paypal.com, we only ship to Paypal.com verified confirmed address. This helps maintain a safe on-line shopping experience for everyone. We will put the order on-hold until PayPal has cleared the payment.
