Note: The accessories are all made by hand, so it's quite normal that they may have some defects. The costume may have some threads at the seams but they are not problematic. There may be some stains on the leather items or the costume. They're not problematic and can be wiped with wet towel.

Washing precautions:

1. You need to remove all decorations and hand wash gently.

2. Not machine washable.

3. Not soaked in high temperature water.

4. The dirty part could be washed in cold water below 35 degrees Celsius.

5. The applique part needs to be gently scrubbed.

The dress is very flat in details and the accessories aren't very well made save for the arm sleeves. Most of the patterns are printed on so it's more of a like png outfit rather than it having any dimension plus the sock parts are more like leg sleeves with a printed on pattern (this includes Lumine's skin tone on the actual upper thigh part) and pinched my thighs when I put them on. The scarf isn't really an actual scarf but a Velcro collar piece and the scarf ends are pinned on with a tiny safety pin. I probably should have ordered a size up but in general the chest area is too low and the zipper is difficult to zip up even when you're not trying to put the costume on. Not only did the cosplay not fit but when I went through the process to return it following the brand's guidelines and return policy not only did I end up spending an additional $25 to return the costume but after three weeks upon them receiving my return order the support team ghosted me and I still have yet to receive the $80 I spent on this cosplay. While the initial email reply chain was active and responsive once they got my order back they never responded to my texts or emails and safe to say after this I don't think I'll ever be buying from this brand again :/
