The software name, "Megpoid", was taken from the provider's name "Megumi." The second half, the "poid", is short for "like ," the full implied name of this product is "Megumi-like ."

Costume is not as pictured, as the torso area is covered by sheer fabric rather than solid as pictured, the hidden stomach being the reason I purchased from here specifically rather than somewhere else. Aside from that, the rest of the costume is good quality and fits just fine, though I will be making the belt larger so it fits better. I'm happy with what was received, but slightly disappointed with the sheer torso.
