Okay, first off, I was SOSO happy that the costume came with an actual electronic brooch toy-just like the 90's Sailor Moon toys! It IS a Bootleg toy (not officially licenced) so the music and tunes are random kids melodies. The costume fit me perfect-I ordered a size S and I am 5'3" at 115lbs. Putting the fuku base on is a tad difficult and I need assistance slipping it up and off. My order unfortunately didn't include the choker, so I had made a temporary one with ribbon and craft gems. I contacted Miccostumes and they refunded $7 for the missing piece. The hair clip beads also fell off but this was an easy fix with hot glue! I ended up gluing white feathers on the hair clips, brooch wings, and glove winglets! Bought White go-go boots and glued ribbon the the ends, and finished the costume off with some wings I made! Overall beautiful costume for the price ($69.99 plus 10% coupon) I am very happy with my purchase.

Beautiful cosplay! Have had this since last year, and has been a firm favourite. well constructed, the sizing is great and very flattering. the materials are sparkly and the detailing is so pretty! Have washed on a delicate cycle, it holds up fantastically. The only issue I had was the small hair wing beads coming loose, but this can be fixed so easily with a strong glue. The compact is quite loud once batteries are put in, so if you're not a fan of that don't add any.
