    Shoulder width - Measurement from your left shoulder to your right shoulder on the back.

The costume includes a royal blue jacket with silver trim on the collar, sleeves, across the chest and across the back. The train as well is also royal blue with silver trim and embellishments.     The quality is really great and it shipped super fast! The yellow cord was a little difficult to figure out how to properly attach, but I figured out that you have to take the cord completely out of the d-ring, thread it through the loop at the end of the braided section, and thread it back through the d-ring, and snap it on the front. I probably should have ordered a size down because everything around the waist was too big (then again I have a small waist and big hips, I'm gonna alter the bottoms to fit). I'm about 5'3" and 110 lbs, and I ordered a medium. Boots and black tank top are my own, they did not come with the cosplay.
