I’ve been cosplaying since 2005. I got into Kuroshitsuji in late 2010. I fell in love with Grell and wanted to cosplay him for the longest. I put this cosplay together. Cut and styled the wig myself and made the glasses chain myself. He’s one of my favorite characters to cosplay~ This photo was taken by Midday Enchantments Photography at Animazement 2012.

Grell isn’t the only character from Kuroshitsuji I cosplay. I also have designed a lolita dress from scratch for Ciel I’m very proud of. I cosplay William T. Spears and Claude Faustus. Grell is my second favorite to cosplay, Ciel being my first. I just love Grell’s personality and glomp every Sebastian I see when I’m him~

I’m a 24 years old Cosplayer from Germany and I’m doing this kind of hobby seriously since 2008. The reason why I cosplay are the fascinating Costumes, to play any kind of role, the beautiful wigs, the possibility to creat something on your own.

Kuroshitsuji is full with aesthetic costumes and the characters are not what they seem at the first look. I started to cosplay Sebastian Michealis because he’s cool and being a butler was something new to me. Later I tried to cosplay Ciel Phantomhive, first I didn’t like him very much and thought it doesn’t suit me. Now it’s fun to be him, it’s nice to be able to give orders and hear “Yes my Lord”. Also I love my contract contact lense.

Hi, I’m Emil. I’m 20 and I live in Bedfordshire, in the UK; but not for long. I will be moving to Street (Somerset, UK) in about a months time.
I’ve been cosplaying since 2008, my first cosplay being Gaara (from Naruto). I started cosplaying from Black Butler (a.k.a. Kuroshitsuji) in 2010, my character of choice back then being William T. Spears. I continued reading the series manga and discovered Ronald Knox further down the line, of whom I felt I suited better and switched from William to Ronald.
In these photos, I was cosplaying Ronald Knox from Black Butler. These photographs were taken by circus-smile, on deviantART, of whom is a very skilled photographer; in October 2011. We decided to go down by the river in Bedford.
I chose not to dye the lower part of my wig because I follow the manga, and Ronald’s hair isn’t coloured like this entirely in the manga. I tried to focus on styling the wig almost exactly like how the style’s portrayed, as I feel it’s rare for others to pay much attention to Ronald’s hairstyle. I have naturally green eyes and I put together everything, bit by bit, gradually increasing the accuracy of my cosplay. I now have white Oxford-styled brogues, for example; whereas my shoes are black in these photos.
I would like to continue cosplaying Ronald in the future, I have friends interested in cosplaying the other Grim Reapers with me.

Hi~  My name is Litchi, nice to meet you <3.  I cosplayed as Alois Trancy from Kuroshitsuji II….I just like to cosplay as him.  It’s so fun to cosplay as such a spontaneous, sad, yet playful character~  ^_^    I wore this only once before at Fanime 2012.  These pictures were taken by my wonderful friend at the local elementary school park.

In these photos, I am cosplaying Madam Red. Two pictures were in a photoshoot with our Ciel and the others are at my own home. It seems like forever but I only debuted Madam Red at Megacon 2012, so these photos could be considered recent for a very patient person.

Out of this entire cosplay, the things that challenge me the most are the butt-bow and my bangs. Has anyone elsed noticed no Madam Red Cosplayer has the same bangs?
