  1. Hello,
I am trying to make the heavenly sword from the PS3 game heavenly sword. I just decided to take a crack at it without really looking into how others make them..oops. I took a long plastic duster handle and I cut out two pieces of cardboard into the shape of the blade. I put the handle in between the cardboard and secured the handle and the cardboard together. It was looking pretty good and to smooth out the edges I paper mached the blade. I let it dry and then spray painted the blade but then it started cracking… I really don’t know what to do…I was wondering if there was something I could put over the blade to smooth the cracks out. The blade is a interesting shape so I dont know if PVU would work. Should I dip it in plaster? I really don’t know what to do. If you have any suggestions I would really appreciate them. Thank you for your time!
