Everything about our costuming and relationship is team oriented. I generally do most the sewing but Ivy normally pays for materials and does a lot of the painting and detail work. Just recently we moved to California together and got a domestic partnership, so this is going to be our first Valentines Day as partners.

Michelle: hi people I’m Michelle and well I love cosplay! My cosplay user name would be kkroxas2011. I go to many many expo’s, cons, and festivals, as well as events my friends make and well I love to cosplay a lot! Yey me! Lols. Um I would definitely consider myself a year round cosplayer :D. I draw sooo much and I am currently learning to play the ocarina. I had previously entered the Bleach Cosplay Contest and won wooo!!!! Yeah so I learned about this contest and well I told my partner hey lets enter and well she said yes so here we are 😀 I think that about sums me up 😀

Nathalie: hi guys I’m Nathalie and well in sooo into cosplaying! My cosplay name would be EmoStatus. I also go with my partner to many many of the event’s, cons, and expos with her too. If I could I would definitely go all year round cosplaying! I when I go to school I where soo many different wigs, people at my school can never tell if what my true hair color is anymore :D. I love to draw and well im pretty good at it too 😀 the sora outfit you see there I made it by hand! Well that pretty much it I guess 😀

Q: How did you know this contest? Is it easy to join in or do you have any advice for it? Since there will be many other contests held here, which theme do you most expect to see later?

We know about this contest by our friends and also by because I had entered the Bleach Cosplay contest. Yes it’s easy to join because the application itself is easy :D. If there is going to be many contest we will likely be entering most of them: D, the theme in which we would most definitely would like to see would be Halloween theme.

Q: What’s your favorite cosplay theme? And what’s your best cosplay performance?

Our favorite cosplay theme would be Valentine’s, Halloween, and Christmas. Our best cosplay performance would be kingdom hearts and naruto.

Q: What do you think about cosplay? Share us something good and bad on this performance art in your opinion.

we think about cosplay as something fun and exciting, it makes one feel good and also be part of that character. The wonderful things about this beautiful performing arts is that you yourself get to be the character, and the bad parts of this performing arts is none :D.

Q: We will be interested in knowing some difficulties you met while cosplay. And how did you overcome them?

One of the difficulties that we met where would be that once we had purchased a cosplay outfit months before the Anime Expo 2008 and then it was the night before the expo which would be day one, our cosplays came in by UPS and we were crying because it got there at a really close call. And then for day one we cosplayed and we were sooo happy. Another time that we had difficulties with we cosplayed was my shirt ripped on the side and I was so sad my partner went back with me the the hotel and she let me borrow her cosplay outfit sora from kingdom hearts because I was roxas at the time I became Roxas with the sora outfit… and when the day was over we went back to the hotel and went to fix my shirt that was for roxas. So those were some things we overcame during cosplay moments 😀

Hi! <3 nice to meet you! Let we introduce ourselves! We are Elena & Marco but in cosplay everyone know us like Shadowings & Lionheart… Since  2006 we are a couple of lover and cosplayer too… we really love each other and together we really love cosplay!

We found it on the official Facebook page of Miccostume we are fan of it ‘couse we usual look the web site! And for us take a part in this contest is really easy: everything is explained very well… easy and fun you know? But we hope to see more and more contest! maybe one dedicate to our favorite game: Final Fantasy! ^^

Q: What’s your favorite cosplay theme? And what’s your best cosplay performance?

We always choose our cosplay together and of course we choose from things than we like! usually we do cosplay from videogames! we are big fans of Final Fantasy.!
one of our best performances we’ve done with costumes taken from final fantasy XII… change dress on stage… transparent sword…. and a beautiful tragic/romantic love story… with that performance we won the selection for the world cosplay Summit.. aaaahhh sweet Memories….

Q: What do you think about cosplay? Share us something good and bad on this performance art in your opinion.

Cosplay for us is an Art… complex art for real! but not only that… cosplay is Fun, creativity and, over all a special comunity where find new friends and learn new things!
The most beautiful thing in cosplay is found special person like we found ourselves but also it’s a way to test our ability to prepare a new cosplay and perform the best.
If you really love cosplay you do not see a downside! the cosplay is beautiful and special just a wrong way to live it can make it bad

Q: We will be interested in knowing some difficulties you met while cosplay. And how did you overcome them?

Ohh Well we do cosplay from loooong time so we found a lot of difficulties.. sometimes we don’t find the right wig, or the right fabric, or the right material for one prop… other times we tried to make something new and absolutely insane and we did not know precisely where to start but there is always a solution, that’s how we solve problems and find solutions … talk about it, think and decide how we were one person! our strength is our unity!

Natsu is my Best Friend and I love doing cosplay toghether with her. We share many passions like sing and draw.
