I bought this costume some time ago. It took a bit because there was the Chinese New Year and I had to wait, but I was always in touch with the staff and so, never worried. The shipping time was so short that I didn't even notice. ^^ Well, about the costume: it is really well made and it has everything I need to make a "full" version of Asuna, I love it! The material is fine too and I like how the details are made. I bought a standard size, but it was perfect anyway and respected my measurements as they were written in the chart. I will surely buy from here another time it it happens! :D

How to Measure

To be really considerate, custom-made services will enable your order specifically made for you. You will get your costumes for perfect fit and even with some personal design as long as you tell us your exact measurements. To make sure that everything will perfectly meet your needs, here comes a measure guide for you. Follow it and you will be rewarded!

To ensure accuracy, we really recommend you to ask a friend to take the measurements for you. Also you can do it by yourself, looking in a mirror and using the tape.

Chest-Stand up straight and relax your arms by your side, use the tape to wrap around your chest at the armpits, over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades. Keep the tape snug and horizontal.

Waist-Wrap the tape around the natural waist, the smallest part of your waist, which is about an inch above the belly button, at the point where your trousers would normally ride. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.

Hip-Stand with your feet together, measure around the widest part of your hips across the hip bone. This area is approximately 7 to 9 inches below your waist, depending on your height.

Arm Length- Measure in a straight line from the inside of your armpit (just touching your body) to the point where your thumb and index finger form a "V".

Height-Stand up straight and keep feet together, measure from the floor to the top of the head.

Weight-For mascot costumes, honest weight measurement is also needed.

Leg-For your ordered costumes may include stockings, it is also necessary to get the following seven measurements.

1) Measurement around the Widest Part of Thigh

2) Measurement around the Knee

3) Measurement around the Calf

4) Measurement around the Ankle

5) The foot length

6) The length of the stockings (from the thigh to the heel).

7) Length of pants: Measure from the waist to the ankle.

Inseam-The distance from the bottom crotch to the lower ankle.

I was so worried at first from all the mixed reviews on here.. and it's true it did take awhile to receive the costume (made sure I ordered well ahead though) but, glad I did end up ordering from here Overall, really happy with the costume. I ordered the costume+boots+wig package, in custom made and was soo relieved that a) they seemed to have actually taken my provided measurements into consideration b) everything that was said to be included, was c) items as described/shown in pictures The material of it all was very nice and pretty soft, except for the boots and chest piece those materials were meh but fine for the price. I like the stockings but will have to find a way to make them stay up, but with the design of them I sort of expected that anyway. Love the skirt and shirt and dress part and arm straps and whatnot were all done pretty nicely and fit well. Boots were a little too pointy at the toe for my liking, and the front of them a little.. squishy? looking, but they will still be usable and I'm glad the sizing was right. So yeah, not too sure about the other costumes from here (mixed reviews as mentioned) but this one is definitely worth the value imo.

The Cosplay Shoes are customized, even if you choose regular size or custom-made size. It usually takes about 5-7 business days to process a pair of shoes and 5-7 days around for the shoes to get to your place after they are finished.

We accept returning for replacement or refund within 3 days after you receive the costumes,dressesor wigs. The cost on the merchandise will be totally refunded. But the shipping cost is not refundable.
Here are some cases in which you can return the merchandise for a replacement or refund:

1: There is something wrong with the quality on the suit
2: The size is wrong (For Custom made order, make sure you provide the correct size or we will not accept refund if we make the same size as the one you provided.)
3: If you plan to return the merchandise, you should make sure it has never been used, worn, altered and there aren' t missing items. The original package, garment tag and tracking number are must-have items for you to receive the refund. Thus, be careful while checking all details on the merchandise please. Following are conditions on which return is not accepted:

1: If you return part of the costumes, the payment can not be refunded.
2: Worn, used or altered items can not be returned.
3: undergarments, socks and stocking can not be returned.
4: Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume shoes, etccan not be returned.
5: Prosthetics,fangs, fake teeth, cosmetics, beards, facial hair and any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips, hair extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, hats with attached hair can not be returned.
