Sergei smirnov

Sergei Smirnov is a fictional character in Mobile Suit Gundam 00. In season 1, he's a Russian commander of HRL forces and leader of the Curse Squadron. In season 2, after the formation of the Earth Sphere Federation, he became a commander of the Earth Sphere Federation Army. This character is popular among cosplayers.
