Sailor Neptune is one of the central characters in the Sailor Moon metaseries. Her civilian name is Michiru Kaioh, an artistic schoolgirl who can transform into one of the series' specialized heroines, the Sailor Senshi. This character is popular among cosplayers. It can be portrayed by wearing cosplay Sailor Neptune costume and cosplay Sailor Neptune wig. This character is always present in a Sailor Moon cosplay.
