Ouka

Ouka is a female Werewolf with the title "Ouka of the Divine Fist". She is known as one of the strongest characters within The World during .hack//Legend of the Twilight. Ouka wears little actual clothing save for a bikini (made into a one-piece in the anime) and a fluffy white shawl around her shoulders. This character is popular among cosplayers. It can be portrayed by wearing cosplay Ouka costume and cosplay Ouka wig. This character is always present in a Hack cosplay.
