How to Measure

To be really considerate, custom-made services will enable your order specifically made for you. You will get your costumes for perfect fit and even with some personal design as long as you tell us your exact measurements. To make sure that everything will perfectly meet your needs, here comes a measure guide for you. Follow it and you will be rewarded!

To ensure accuracy, we really recommend you to ask a friend to take the measurements for you. Also you can do it by yourself, looking in a mirror and using the tape.

Chest-Stand up straight and relax your arms by your side, use the tape to wrap around your chest at the armpits, over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades. Keep the tape snug and horizontal.

Waist-Wrap the tape around the natural waist, the smallest part of your waist, which is about an inch above the belly button, at the point where your trousers would normally ride. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.

Hip-Stand with your feet together, measure around the widest part of your hips across the hip bone. This area is approximately 7 to 9 inches below your waist, depending on your height.

Arm Length- Measure in a straight line from the inside of your armpit (just touching your body) to the point where your thumb and index finger form a "V".

Height-Stand up straight and keep feet together, measure from the floor to the top of the head.

Weight-For mascot costumes, honest weight measurement is also needed.

Leg-For your ordered costumes may include stockings, it is also necessary to get the following seven measurements.

1) Measurement around the Widest Part of Thigh

2) Measurement around the Knee

3) Measurement around the Calf

4) Measurement around the Ankle

5) The foot length

6) The length of the stockings (from the thigh to the heel).

7) Length of pants: Measure from the waist to the ankle.

Inseam-The distance from the bottom crotch to the lower ankle.

Black Butler cosplay is focused by us. This is the Kuroshitsuji Ciel Cosplay Costume, available with 10% discount now. It has great accuracy level in detail. Luxurious cloth is used on it, guaranteeing 100% comfort. Below, detailed length information on each of its part can be seen.

1. Shirt: made from classy cotton, the shirt is supple and ventilated. For sure, it also fits being worn in daily life. It’s 26inches long. Bust size on it is 19inches wide at a single side. Shoulder width is 18inches. Sleeves on it are 20inches long and 5inches wide at the cuff. There is a split at the cuff, being 6inches long and decorated by a button. Another 5 white buttons are sewn on the front.

2. Pants: also made from cotton, they are 20inches long. Trousers legs are 9inches wide. It’s 9inches long from the crotch to the hem. There is a zipper, being 7inches long on the front. Waist size on the pants is 15inches wide at a single side.

3. Coat: the green coat is 29inches long. Since black satin lining is sewn, it feels more comfortable and durable. On the front, 8 metal buttons are designed. So, you can adjust the size of the coat easily. Two pockets are designed on the front, being 7inches deep and 6inches wide at the opening. Black satin flap is sewn above each pocket.

4. Sleeves: sleeves of the coat are 23inches long and 7inches wide at the cuff. 4 buttons are sewn on each cuff. The folded satin part at the cuff is 5inches long. Shoulder pads are designed, ensuring more comfort. Shoulder width on the coat is 18inches. Bust is 19inches wide at a single side. Split at the back is 10inches long. The thin cloth piece sewn at the back is 8inches long and 2inches tall, having 2 button too.

5. Necktie: it’s a double layered cloth, being 47inches long.

The Cosplay Shoes are customized, even if you choose regular size or custom-made size. It usually takes about 5-7 business days to process a pair of shoes and 5-7 days around for the shoes to get to your place after they are finished.

We advise you to place an order early so that there are enough time before you receive the costumes or shoes.

We can ship items in your order separately to ensure that customers can receive the items earlier.

Attention: The processing and shipping of the orders during legal holiday will be delayed to some extent. We appreciate your understanding.

We accept returning for replacement or refund within 3 days after you receive the costumes,dressesor wigs. The cost on the merchandise will be totally refunded. But the shipping cost is not refundable.
Here are some cases in which you can return the merchandise for a replacement or refund:

1: There is something wrong with the quality on the suit
2: The size is wrong (For Custom made order, make sure you provide the correct size or we will not accept refund if we make the same size as the one you provided.)
3: If you plan to return the merchandise, you should make sure it has never been used, worn, altered and there aren' t missing items. The original package, garment tag and tracking number are must-have items for you to receive the refund. Thus, be careful while checking all details on the merchandise please. Please return the costumes back with a shipping number.

Following are conditions on which return is not accepted:

1: If you return part of the costumes, the payment can not be refunded.
2: Worn, used or altered items can not be returned.
3: undergarments, socks and stocking can not be returned.
4: Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume shoes, etccan not be returned.
5: Prosthetics,fangs, fake teeth, cosmetics, beards, facial hair and any other artificial hair including hair pieces, hair clips, hair extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, hats with attached hair can not be returned.
