To ensure accuracy, we really recommend you to ask a friend to take the measurements for you. Also you can do it by yourself, looking in a mirror and using the tape.

Chest-Stand up straight and relax your arms by your side, use the tape to wrap around your chest at the armpits, over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades. Keep the tape snug and horizontal.

Waist-Wrap the tape around the natural waist, the smallest part of your waist, which is about an inch above the belly button, at the point where your trousers would normally ride. Keep one finger between the tape and your body.

Hip-Stand with your feet together, measure around the widest part of your hips across the hip bone. This area is approximately 7 to 9 inches below your waist, depending on your height.

Arm Length- Measure in a straight line from the inside of your armpit (just touching your body) to the point where your thumb and index finger form a "V".

Height-Stand up straight and keep feet together, measure from the floor to the top of the head.

Weight-For mascot costumes, honest weight measurement is also needed.

Leg-For your ordered costumes may include stockings, it is also necessary to get the following seven measurements.

1) Measurement around the Widest Part of Thigh

2) Measurement around the Knee

3) Measurement around the Calf

4) Measurement around the Ankle

5) The foot length

6) The length of the stockings (from the thigh to the heel).

7) Length of pants: Measure from the waist to the ankle.

Inseam-The distance from the bottom crotch to the lower ankle.

Except making you looking the same with this cartoon character, it also comforts you. It won’t be easy to find another Shirley Fenette costume that better caters to your need than this one. 1.Shirt: it’s 65cm long. Five buttons are sewn on it. Sleeves are 58cm long and 11cm wide at the cuff. Certainly, you can wear it in daily life except the costume play.

2.Coat: made from luxurious cotton, it does feel supple and ventilated. You can wash it in cold water and line it dry directly. It’s 76cm long, having white lining.

3.Buttons: six metal buttons are sewn on the coat, whose diameter is 2cm.

4.Yellow Ribbon: yellow ribbons are sewn around most edges of the coat, being the same with the anime and making the costume seem more delicate.

5.Collar: it’s 9cm deep and 64cm long. The yellow cloth piece on the front is 51cm long, 20cm wide at the top and 24cm wide at the bottom. Each small part is made to be 100% same with the anime.

6.Sleeves: they are 55cm long and 17cm wide at the cuff. Black cuffs are 9cm long.

7.Shoulder Pads: foam is filled in, feeling supple and light.

8.Yellow Piece at the Back: it’s a yellow piece of cloth that’s 53cm wide and 16cm long. Split under it is 15cm long.

9.Belt: it’s also made from cotton, being 124cm long and 4.5cm wide. A metal belt joint is sewn on the end. Three buckles are sewn on the coat. Those two on the front are 5.5cm long. The last one on the back is 10cm long and 5.5cm wide.

10.Skirt: black skirt made from luxurious cotton can be also worn for work and any other formal or informal occasion. It’s 35cm long. Waistline is 39cm and the bottom of skirt is 68cm. Zipper is 15cm long, hidden under a button. Black satin lining feels comfortable.

11.Necktie: it’s 104cm long, with the same yellow symbol as what anime shows to us. Being handmade, it’s rather exquisite.

We accept returning for replacement or refund within 3 days after you receive the costumes,dressesor wigs. The cost on the merchandise will be totally refunded. But the shipping cost is not refundable.
Here are some cases in which you can return the merchandise for a replacement or refund:

1: There is something wrong with the quality on the suit
2: The size is wrong (For Custom made order, make sure you provide the correct size or we will not accept refund if we make the same size as the one you provided.)
3: If you plan to return the merchandise, you should make sure it has never been used, worn, altered and there aren' t missing items. The original package, garment tag and tracking number are must-have items for you to receive the refund. Thus, be careful while checking all details on the merchandise please. Please return the costumes back with a shipping number.

Following are conditions on which return is not accepted:

1: If you return part of the costumes, the payment can not be refunded.
2: Worn, used or altered items can not be returned.
3: undergarments, socks and stocking can not be returned.
4: Items for one time wear or indoor use like shoe covers, boots tops, costume shoes, etccan not be returned.
